You send one introduction. Here is what comes back.

I run Marketics, a revenue practice for short-term rental owners. I am building a small circle in each market: a realtor, a photographer, a designer, a cleaner, a CPA, a builder. People who each see owners at a different moment, who route work to each other, and who don’t overlap.

What comes back to you
01

Work sent back to you. When an owner in my world needs what you do, you’re who I think of first. No fee either way — that’s just how the circle works.

02

And when I can’t send work, I send money. Not every market gives me something to route back, so the introduction itself is paid, whether or not the traffic ever runs both ways. One statement a month, from me to you. You never invoice anything.

03

A revenue report for any address, in 48 hours or less. You are working a property, you send me the address, you get a report you can use in your own sale. No owner has to sign anything for you to use this.

What you send: an introduction, when one makes sense. Nothing more. No quota, no scripts, no pitching on my behalf.

Not every owner is a fit. When one isn’t, I say so and point them somewhere better, and I will tell you exactly what I take and what I don’t. An introduction you make should never come back on you. That is the standard this circle runs on, in both directions.

Who this is for

Professionals who already work with short-term rental owners, and get asked who else they trust.

If your work sits somewhere else, apply anyway and tell us about it.

Applying starts a conversation. It isn’t an acceptance. Every application is reviewed, and when there’s a fit, the next step is a short call.

Longer than most forms, on purpose. We only work with a few people in each market, so this is a real read rather than a mailing list. Everything here is used to decide fit and to know what to send back to you.
